Georgia // High School Senior // Goodale Park

This girl is leaving for Romania today to serve a mission for her church! She is filled with beauty, kindness, love, and can play the piano like nobody's business.

I couldn't believe how lucky we got with all of these blossoms in Goodale Park last spring. It's -2 degrees outside in Columbus today, so I'm pretty excited for the sunshine and blossoms to return.

Best of 2018

2018- you helped me to grow so much! My self-confidence as a photographer has taken a few really deep dives as I struggle to find a consistent editing style and figure out how to run a business while being a mom to a two-year-old and a wife to a grad student.

Luckily, the lows are always temporary because of the people in my life reminding me how far I’ve come. I’m especially thankful to all of my 2018 clients for trusting me to document your precious newborns, your uncontrollable toddlers, your carefully planned weddings, your laughs, kisses, and sassy smiles. 

In 2018, I was able to take pictures of people in Ohio, West Virginia, New York, Maine, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Utah, and Ireland.

I loved seeing ‘Moulin Rouge! The Musical’ in Boston before it hits broadway, cutting my daughter’s hair so that we have matching bangs, driving the perimeter of Ireland with my husband, being blown away by the magic of my first lantern festival, hosting our first Thanksgiving dinner, and finding out that we’ll be moving from Ohio to Utah when Cam finishes school.

These are a few of my favorite images from the past year. As always, I love seeing shots of families bundled up in the snow, high school seniors in spring blossoms and couples under colorful fall leaves. Love is always in season. Enjoy!
