Smoke Bomb Sisterhood

When my best friends decided to come to town the weekend after July 4th, I knew that I should buy a ton of smoke grenades for a photo shoot. It took a lot of practice shots, a ton of help from my husband, and quite a few mosquito bites, but I'm really glad we made it happen!

Love these foxy ladies with all of my heart.

Eli the One Year Old!

I can't help loving this little boy with my whole heart because he's my first nephew on my family's side, and he has the sweetest personality. I took his newborn pictures last May, and I can't believe how much he's changed in a year.

Here are some shots of Eli and his awesome parents just outside of Snow Canyon in Southern Utah this summer. Love you Elijah Baby! <3

Suzanne and Tim. Camp Mary Orton Wedding. Columbus, OH.

Suzanne and Tim were both medical residents when they planned this wedding (impressive), and it was such a beautiful day that I couldn't wait to blog it!

Favorite things about the day:
-Suzanne's Rivini Dress that fit so perfectly and made her look incredible all night long #datbooty
-Gracie the Golden Retriever who didn't even jump up and get muddy paws on Suzanne's dress, even though she was clearly ecstatic
-Suzanne's mother passed away, and she and her sister had pieces of their mother's wedding dress on their bouquets
-The forecast was looking horrible all week long, but we only got hit with a little bit of rain during family pictures, and the rest of the day was sunny and beautiful!
-Suzanne's sweet Grandpa Malcolm (her main man) making her tear up
-The bride's sister toasting with a Hamilton quote,
  "A toast to the groom (to the groom to the groom to the groom)
   To the bride (to the bride to the briiiiiide)
   From your sister
   Who is always by your side"
-The wild dance party that ensued, and specifically Tim's face when "Anaconda" by Nicki Minaj came on, like it was the best thing that had ever happened.


So happy I could be a part of it.
